This term we have been talking about food. We are a very healthy bunch and have a fruit or vegetable snack each day at 10am to give us energy to help us concentrate. At 11am we have another snack and some of us have fruit or vegetables again at lunchtime, so we have lots of energy to run around and play outside.
We have been learning about different food that came from other countries. Because Australia is multicultural we now have a great variety of foods to eat right here.
Have a look next week and see if you can work out our quiz questions!

During March we visited the Police Station and the Fire Station to find out more about how these people help us in the community. We looked closely at their uniforms and learnt about how they help us identify them and also why uniforms are worn.

On Thursday the 10th of December we did a play. My group and I were singing the loudest. I had four people in my group, Bella, Neve and Lauren. We had about fifty parents and friends come to watch. My group had a group shot. I had fun when my Nan, Mum and brother and Dad had lunch with me. Emily
Yesterday we did a play. It was called A Home for Hermit Crab. I was a lanternfish. My favourite part was when we all had to sing and dance. My Nanna, Poppy, my other Nanna, my Dad, my Mum and my brother came. The play was good. Ella’s brother was wearing Ella’s hat. I was laughing. At the end of the play my Mum took my costume home. Lauren
On Thursday we did a play and it was called A Home for Hermit Crab. The best part was when we did the invitations and when the parents came. My Mum, Dad, Pa, Nanna and Granny came to the show. There were fifty or less and they reckoned it was good. Brittany

We did our concert yesterday and a lot of people came to watch us. My favorite bit was doing the dancing and making the costume and having lunch with our parents. I think there were fifty people watching us in our concert. I reckon when the people came they were all excited. I liked the concert. It was fun. My Nana and my auntie came and watched. Baccara

Our concert was excellent. Everyone told the story and sang and danced for their parts. So many people came to watch us. Thank-you! We liked showing our visitors some of our work too.
